BOOKINGS

To make a booking a deposit will be required to confirm your places with the remaining balance due 60 days before the cruise departs.

CANCELLATIONS

  • More than 60 days before departure - Loss of initial deposit plus $50 per person
  • Between 30 and 60 days before departure - Loss of initial deposit plus $200 per person
  • Between 15 and 30 days before departure - Loss of initial deposit plus 50% of total cost per person
  • Less than 14 days before departure - 100% of total cost
  • For cancellations made 15 days or more before departure, the full value (less an administration fee of $100 per person), may be applied to another cruise if completed within 12 months of the original booking. If the re-booked cruise is of a greater value, the difference must be paid upon re-booking.
  • TRAVEL INSURANCE

    It is HIGHLY recommended that passengers take out travel insurance which specifically covers cancellation fees, most claims arise from either personnel or close-family illness before departure resulting in cancellation charges. We suggest you talk to your car, home or life insurer and purchase a policy that will cover you for cancellation fees in the unlikely event that you need to cancel your Murray River Cruise.

    FITNESS TO TRAVEL

    For Passengers cruising on the PS Murray Princess who are over the age of 80, either a Doctors certificate of fitness to cruise or a copy of their Travel Insurance Policy prior to the cruise departure will be required.

    REFUNDS

    You will be asked to cancel in writing and a refund will be processed within 7 days of cancellation.
